1. About FootballOdds

FootballOdds provides AI-assisted football predictions, match analysis, betting market indicators, tournament projections, and related football information.

FootballOdds is an information and prediction platform. Betting is not possible on this website, and FootballOdds does not offer gambling services.

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the website, you agree to these terms and the disclaimer.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Paid access is personal to your account. You may not resell, share, transfer, scrape, or commercially redistribute FootballOdds predictions, projections, or paid content without written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if an account is used abusively, fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that harms the platform or other users.

3. Paid products

FootballOdds may offer day passes, subscription access, tournament passes such as the World Cup pass, and other digital access products.

A day pass unlocks eligible predictions for selected match days or access periods as described at the time of purchase.

A Pro subscription unlocks supported predictions and features while the subscription remains active, subject to the limits and availability described on the site.

The World Cup pass is a one-time digital access purchase for the World Cup 2026 prediction hub, including tournament projections, bracket picks, and match predictions when fixtures and data are available.

Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. FootballOdds does not store your full card details.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription from your account area or, when available, through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

If a subscription remains active until the end of the paid period after cancellation, access may continue until that period ends.

5. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Day passes and tournament passes, including the World Cup pass, are digital access purchases. Because access can be made available immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has started.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been provided, unless required by mandatory law or unless we choose to make an exception.

We do not provide refunds merely because a prediction is wrong, a match outcome differs from an AI prediction, a betting market is not profitable, or you disagree with an analysis.

We also do not automatically provide refunds when some match predictions, lineups, markets, data points, or tournament projections are delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to third-party data issues, fixture changes, API outages, programming errors, bugs, or other technical problems.

If a paid product is not delivered at all, is materially different from what was advertised, or mandatory consumer law gives you a remedy, we will handle the request in line with applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

6. Prediction and data availability

Predictions depend on football fixtures, third-party data providers, API availability, model processing, and internal technical systems.

FootballOdds does not guarantee that every match, market, lineup, prediction, projection, confidence score, post-match evaluation, or data point will always be available.

Content may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, changed, removed, or unavailable. Fixtures may be postponed, cancelled, moved, or changed by leagues, teams, data providers, or tournament organizers.

We may update, replace, re-run, or remove predictions and projections when data changes or when we detect errors.

7. No betting or financial advice

Predictions, odds references, confidence scores, market labels, and tournament projections are informational only. They are not financial advice, gambling advice, professional advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Sports betting involves financial risk. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information shown on FootballOdds.

Only bet with money you can afford to lose. If gambling causes stress or problems, seek help through official support channels such as Loket Kansspel or Cruks.

8. Liability

FootballOdds is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim to provide useful and reliable information, but errors and interruptions can happen.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootballOdds is not liable for losses, missed profits, betting losses, indirect damages, or decisions made based on predictions, projections, odds, or other website content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not allowed by mandatory law.

9. Changes to products and terms

We may improve, change, add, or remove features, competitions, products, pricing, prediction formats, or data sources over time.

We may update these terms when the service changes or when legal, technical, or business requirements make updates necessary. The latest version will be available on this page.

10. Applicable law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
